Since childhood, I’ve supported and nurtured those around me. Over the years, I pursued various roles through music, radio and television, then moving on to business leadership. I’ve led thousands of people across six industries from recording studios to manufacturing plants.

All the while, I was acquiring more knowledge, skills, and experience. When I realized that what I was doing was coaching, I felt I’d found the role that  resonated with my nature.

Whatever my role, I work to encourage and bring others along, to build their skills and knowledge, and to help them recognize their truth, power, and brilliance, and thereby, achieve their authentic goals.
